International Trade After Section 232?

The Section 232 tariffs have made a huge impact on both supply and prices of steel in the United States. The Biden Administration is negotiating with Europe and may soon eliminate some of the 232 tariffs. Once the tariffs are eliminated, then what? We will look at the near-term issues related to Section 232, and then we will take a longer view and discuss what global trade may look like as the world deals with a pandemic, social unrest, politics, and decarbonization.
